If you are trying to open the file from the CD this maybe the reason it won't
open. See if copying the publication to your hard drive makes a difference. You
may have to uncheck the "read only" attribute.

I have created a newsletter at Home on windows Home XP pub 2003 and saved to
disc. I have attemted to open on publisher 200 on windowsXP professional at
work,Publisher 2000. ALthough I did save as 2000 it wont open , is there
anyway round this?
