Our corporate office uses Corel Draw and the graphs look amazing. If Excel
can create graphs like that then I need to know how.

Publisher is not a graphing tool. Graphs inserted into Publisher have to
be created in Excel or another graphing program.

Excel can create very professional-looking graphs. What can't it do that
you want?
