She belittles people without knowing who they are, where they come
from. This is a discussion group and people come here to get help,
provide help and sharing experience. According to Rules of Conduct
and Chat Code of Conduct we should use, and I quote;

Sarah does not post through the Microsoft servers, she posts to her own
ISP's. This means that she has not agreed to any such code of conduct
(although Microsoft is free to remove the posts from its own groups, as it
owns and hosts them).

I notice that you're posting through your ISP's server. Due to the way
Usenet works, even though Sarah's posts can be filtered out on Microsoft's
servers, they cannot be deleted from third-party servers, so anyone
connecting through their ISP's server (rather than through
msnews.microsoft.com or the web interface) will see all of Sarah's posts
rather than just those that have slipped through Microsoft's filters.
