Re: Creating a PDF

John, the question stated: "...publish my company newsletter..." I don't
believe that the free version can be use for business use, only personal.

How can I publish my company newsletter to a pdf so that
I may send out the newsletter via e-mail?
========================================
Here's one way:

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://www.primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.
