Re: Font unusable in Publisher 2002

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

For grins and giggles, try changing your default printer driver. Does that
change anything? Have you tried restarting your computer since installing
the font? (I've had to do that to get a font to "kick in" in the past. No
clue why.)

I have a font - Petra Script - that works fine in Word and appears on the
list of available fonts in Publisher, but when selected in my Publisher
document, I get nothing. It is properly installed in my Fonts file. I've
tried to Copy and Paste it from Word - it defaults to Times New Roman in
Publisher.

This is the same issue that Mary Sauer tried to help me with a week or so
ago,
when I couldn't add a Zapf Dingbat to Publisher, but it worked in Word.
Again, in Publisher, it defaulted to a character in Times New Roman.

This is pretty frustrating! Any ideas?
