Logos are best created with a Draw application, so they can be created
properly and saved in a format that allows them to be re-used anywhere.
I use CorelDraw when creating logos, but that isn't cheap. Check out the
free version of DrawPlus at www.freeserifsoftware.com. Alternatively, there
is the Draw component of the free OpenOffice.org, but I would recommend
DrawPlus over that (I don't like OpenOffice at all).
