Tech-Archive recommends: Speed Up your PC by fixing your registry



There is the old standby, try in safe mode. Try the ctrl+alt+delete, see what
applications maybe running and close them down. Check the properties of the file to
see if it is read only. Disable your printer, could be the Publisher file is looking
for a specific driver.
