What the Help file says is that you must have either Outlook or Outlook
Express "installed". However I believe you must be using one or the other.

About the only thing you could do would be to create your email, turn it
into a .pdf (with third party software), and send that as an attachment.

I guess that's the price you pay when you are using a Microsoft program - it
plays well with other Microsoft programs.
