Unable to preview webpages

I have the 30 day evaluation version of MS Publisher 2003 installed less than
a week ago on Win XP. All was well, that is until I decided to remove
Mozilla Firefox browser today. It appeared to be my default browser when I
went to preview my Publisher website. Since I no longer use Mozilla, I
decided to uninstall it, and in the process, I also cleaned up my Temporary
Internet files.
When I went back to try and preview my Publisher project, I received an
error message about being “unable to open” a file located in: C:\Documents
and Settings\Michelle\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.MSO\PubWebPagePreview\pub3616.2\index.htm. Cannot open the
specified file.
Obviously, an index file located in the Temporary Internet files was
deleted.
Just to make sure, I’ve re-installing Publisher, still no change. With any
project, even a brand new one, a similar error message appears: “Unable to
open C:\Documents and Settings\Michelle\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.MSO\PubWebPreview\pub2704.0\index.htm. Cannot open the
specified file.”
Any ideas?
