Edit Design Gallery items???

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

This might be a stupid question, but can you change the colors of the items
in the Design Gallery? I want to use some of the buttons that are there,
but the color is wrong. Basically just want to change the areas that are
blue, to red. Is this possible? And, is it so easy to do that I'm just
"missing it"?

Please excuse my ignorance.

Also, please excuse the handle, I post in a racing ng as well. And, if this
