What model is your printer?
Is the file you are trying to print from another version of Publisher?
You receive a "Cannot open this file" error message when you try to open a
publication in Publisher 2002 on a Windows XP-based or Windows 2000-based computer

Did you look at the printing preferences in the control panel?
