The printer has to be setup for this size, if it is like most printers you can save
this custom size (sometimes called user defined) . Once you setup the printer, go to
page setup and click card, tent. It should reflect the printer setup.
Once you define your size of paper, go to arrange on the toolbar and set the margins.
Determine from your documentation the limitation of your printer margins.
If you want the card centered when folded, assuming your largest margin is .5, this
is the measurement you want for all four sides.
