Linda,
All the support documents suggested will help. Put your computer into safe mode and
open Publisher, when your computer is in safe mode the drivers do not load. If
Publisher runs okay, then update the video driver. If the video driver is integrated
you can upgrade that too. If you have an IT person helping you, ask him/her.

It has network information.
This is not a MIcrosoft issue, this is an issue you can solve by reading the articles
suggested.
