The Web Interface doesn't support attachments, apparently...

You'll need to either connect to the newsgroups using
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.publisher - this will open in
your newsreader (Outlook Express in Windows by default), which will allow
you to download the attachments. This interface is MUCH quicker than using
the web interface, in my experience.

Alternatively, provide a munged email address (e.g. the UNDERSCORE nerd AT
nospam DOT mvps DOT org), and I can email you the files.
