A pdf would be perfect as this will retain the original layout. If I ever
need to change the content (which I probably will at some stage) I can
extract from the pdf with no problem.

The individual components would be useful if I ever need to edit the
document, but I can always extract the info from the pdf (I think)

BTW, I'm the IC of the original message. Different computer, different
settings. Might be less confusing if I had them both se up the same :-)
