Can't print business cards

It seems that when you create a business card in Publisher, you only have two choices for printing it; 1 to a page or 8 to a page. The only business card blanks I can find are 10 to a page and the guys at the office supply stores say they've never heard of an 8 to a page layout.

Does anyone know how to make Publisher print business cards on standard 10 to a page Avery (or any other brand) stock?
