Thank you all. I am trying to get quotes from Dell for
the charity open license program with Microsoft. I think
that is the way they should go. With the amount of money,
they could upgrade/replace software on computers and have
Office too. There would be no question of legality.
 
I respect and admire Mr. Bill Gates. He is not a Kennedy
but worked hard and made his own money.
