You did not correct the matter. The file that you have on the server in the
downloads folder is named:

kos_registration_form.pdf.pdf

And it should be called:

kos_registration_form.pdf

Log on to your host, delete the old file, and upload the correct file.

write
an
'absolute link' to your pdf file. 'Relative links' can be
confusing
and
writing the full path to the files can make things more clear.

After you upload the subfolder 'downloads' to your root
directory
or
root folder and upload the 'kos_registration_form.pdf' file to
the
'downloads' folder, then the link to that file will be:

I would also point out that when you go to your website via
'www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org' , you go to

Then when you click the 'About Us' link on your home page, it
will
take
you to http://www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/index_files/Page380.htm .
In
other
words it takes you to the 'index_files" folder on our host and
finds
the
'Page380.htm' file. Note that all your other pages are also in
the
'index_files' folder. When you click any of the navbar buttons
on
your
default home page then it will take you to the file within the
index_files folder...it does not take you to the other
subfolders
in
your root directory. You do not need the other subfolders.

To explain further, here is a link to your 'Reflections_files"
folder:

You will notice that you get a listing of the files in that
folder
because there is not default .htm file. But now go to this
link:
http://www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/Reflections.htm Notice that it is
the
same
as http://www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/index.htm .

You can keep producing your web files as you want, but the
reality
is
that a viewer will stay within the files in the 'index_files'
folder
if
they arrive at your site via www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org ...because
they
will
start at www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/index.htm and all the links from
that
page will point to the 'index_files' folder...not the other
folders
you
have created. That means that your 'Reflections' page is
located
here:
http://www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/index_files/Page1201.htm and again
at
http://www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/Reflections_files/Page1201.htm
not
http://www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/Reflections.htm as you intended.

If you want custom file names, then go to your main Pub file.
Go
to
the
'Reflections' page in your publication > Tools > Web page
options
and
under 'Publish to the web" in the 'File name' field type in
'Reflections' without the quote. Now when you publish to the
web
and
produce you new web files, Publisher will call that page
'Reflections.htm' instead of 'Page1201.htm'. And the absolute
link
to
that page will be
http://www.bmbc-lugoffsc.org/index_files/Reflections.htm . Do
this
for
each of your pages in your publication, but do not leave
spaces.
For
the
About us page use either 'AboutUs.htm' or 'About_us.htm' and
perhaps
avoid upper case altogether and just call the file
'aboutus.htm'.
Just
be consistent.

I hope I haven't confused you further, but it was obvious that
you
needed to understand how to write absolute links to your files
and
your
web pages, and that also meant that I had to discuss how you
have
organized your web directory. You simply do not need all those
other
subdirectories/subfolders nor are they really accomplishing
what
you
wanted them to accomplish. The good news is that now you know
how
to
write the link to the pdf file and any other pdf file that you
put
into
the 'downloads' folder. Clear as mud now? <g>

For example: Page 380 is a HTML doc that opens the web page

you click on it. So this is where I get really confused,
because
I
don't
know how to create a link to go to another web page or a doc.
