Problem publishing - jpeg pictures not converting to html

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hi, DavidF -- or Don or Spike or....!

I decided to 'just get it up', and then fuss with the details later. So, of
course, I can't get it up. The first page is up. At splendidfaces.com .

Yes, I've ungrouped everything. And, thanks to Spike, it was not onerous.
ctrl a is wonderful!

I didn't mess with thumbnails or anything. I figure I can do that stuff
after it is up. If it will ever go up. Pub 2000 did not do this. It just
published the entire darn website.

So, this is where I am:

I am using Firezilla to upload my website as an ftp to the hosting site
(Dotster). The index file is in full html, including the pictures.
Therefore my home page comes up fine. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how
to get the remainder of the pages (26 more) in my website into html format,
ideally each page as an entirety(?) Publisher 2007 puts everything beyond my
home page into the index folder, and this is a mix of html (text stuff) and
gifs + jpegs (pictures). The hosting site will not accept gifs or jpegs.
What do I do?

[Yes, I did search previous threads. None of them seem to answer this
question. ]
