C-Drive stem folders with duplicate website info???

When looking at my C drive, and expanding it to show the folders, etc., two
folders are perplexing, because they have the same set of files.
1. The first folder is titled, "ftp.lcn-hoa.com" with the following set of
files:
_db_backups
aspnet_client
HOA - Website Files
Stats
2. The next folder is titled, "www.lcn-hoa.com" and has the following files:
_db_backups
aspnet_client
HOA - Website Files
stats
The same data exactly, but why?
Is the ftp folder created after dropping and dragging the "index_files," and
"index.htm" files into the "www.lcn-hoa" folder, after you have while in the
publisher .pub file, clicked on "save as a web page?"
I know that after you drop and drag the "index_files" and the "index.htm"
files into the "www.lcn-hoa.com" folder space on the right of the C-Drive
stem, you should click on "refresh" to cause the newest files to over write
the older files.
I made a foolish decision and deleted the "HOA - Website Files" and the
"stats" file in the "ftp.lcn-hoa.com" folder, and then almost immediately the
website disappeared. Now all I get is a message saying that the site is not
accessible and to contact the administrator.
When I click on "Save as a web page," I place the index_files and the
index.htm file in a folder called, "HOA - Website Files."
My website address is: fttp://www.lcn-hoa.com
I am using Office Su9ite 2007.
