Isn't opening a pdf file in a new browser window a function of the pdf
reader? Seems it is with PDF-Viewer, the one I use.

Good day all...little new to the whole website design and am having some
issues with a .pdf file opening in a new window instead of the existing
window. I haven't published the website as yet, just getting some of the
