Internet Explorer - Firefox

Hello again,

In general i had solved all the issues with the firefox and IE compability,
now i am creating a new website and i have a problem that i cannot find a
solution..

So i need to add the affiliate code

When i add it and make preview webpage the whole page is not displayed
correctly, the search box of the code is totaly appeared somewhere else and
the whole page is spread ( try to add this code in any publisher project and
you will undertand what i mean )
From the other hand with firefox everything work perfect.

Is anything what i can do??? any suggestion?
