To ensure everyone could open the file, make it a PDF file, i.e.,
disability_access_statement.pdf
Create a folder on the server, i.e., downloads
Upload disability_access_statement.pdf into the downloads folder.
Now edit your website and at a location on the page of your choice place
this statement:
Disability access Statement
Gather the phrase with your mouse and then select Insert, Hyperlink and type
/downloads/disability_access_statement.pdf
OK
Now upload the new website files and you are done.

I need to add a disability access statement to my website. I've added a
page
but cannot display a large enough font without it looking unbalanced so
would
like to provide the facility to click on a .doc (ideally) or .pdf document
which can be opened and printed seperately. Not sure how to do this and
where
the .doc file is saved to when published to the web. Appreciate some help
if
possible?
.
