Re: Website working fine in IE7 but not Firefox

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Thanks for the reply DavidF. I just want to clarify something.

With point 3: Do you mean that i should remove all groupings? Sorry, but im
not quite sure what it is exactly you are saying.

1. Go to Tools > Options > Web tab and uncheck "Rely on VML..." and "Allow
PNG...". The "Rely on VML..." option has been removed from Pub 2007.

2. Do not use a Master page in a web publication. Anything on the Master
Page will not show up in FF.

3. Ungroup any design elements with hyperlinks, such as text boxes grouped
with images. The grouping tends to create combined images which kill the
links.

Be sure to compress your images and graphics before you upload your new html
files. Reference: Compress graphics file sizes to create smaller Publisher

As per the centering, it can be done, but it is a bit of a pain. Rather than
rewrite the whole thing:

Hi,

I have created a website (www.noidue.com.au) using publisher 2007. I am
having some problems I was hoping someone could help me with:
1. I can get it to work in IE7 but not in Firefox. Is there something I
can
do?
2. The page fits perfectly to the screen on my computer, but when i open
it
up on other computers, you sometimes need to drag it horizontally. Is
there
any way i am able to centre the middle section?

Other than that - does anyone have any other suggestions?
Many thanks!!!
