I think maybe you missed the point. How many "business" websites have background music? How many "professional" websites have background music? How many of your competitor's websites have background music? What image does the music project about your company?
Background music can be an important element of some websites, but in your case it will probably alienate and drive away more people than it will attract.
I would again encourage you to spend some time reading and studying some of the material at the links I gave you about web design. Google the subject. I would also suggest that you look at and study your competitor's sites...what are they doing? Which of their sites comes off the most "professional" to you and why?
