I sent my message before reading this one. You can play with the "allow
PNG..." , but do not check "rely on VML..." That will create problems in FF
and other browsers.

In OPTIONS>Web I have "Rely on VML" and "Allow PNG" selected
(checked). At first I noticed they were not so now I have selected
them, but there is no change on web after uploading the page after
making the change.
