You are correct Don. Here is the sign-in information from the FAQ page:

Signing in to your subscription:

After I've signed up, how do I get into my new account?
Just go to www.officelive.com and click the Sign in icon in the upper-right
area of the page. The e-mail address you entered during the sign-up process
appears, and you will be prompted for your password. After you've entered
that, you'll enter your Microsoft Office Live Small Business home; from here
you can add users to your subscription, check e-mail, design your Web site,
and more. This is your gateway to all of the features included in your
subscription. You can also add the sign-in page to your list of Favorites in
your browser.

Your website looks very good for a first time. I suspect you didn't use
any version of Publisher but rather Microsoft's new Live site application.
I think it is on a Microsoft server.

Stand by for others to respond who are more familiar about Live than I.

Hi Don,

Unfortunately I tried to reply only to get an error message so please
forgive me if it happens to post twice.

I am not sure which version of Publisher I am using. All I know is that I
signed up for the 19.95 version of Microsoft Office for small businesses
and
I have been working from the templates and such provided to build my
site. I
have only added my photos from my hard drive to it.

I did not save my site to any disc or my hard drive as I went along as I
did
not realize I needed to.

I am thinking I may just need to cancel the site I currently have and try
to
rebuild it again. UGH.. The website I am refering to is
www.soleelements.net

Thank you for trying to help me. I am so sorry to be so ignorant on this
topic. :(

Rachel,

You will receive additional help from the folks here if you post your
website address and post the Publisher version you are using to create
the
website.
BTW how did you upload your site files? "Publish to web?" or did you
use a
File Transfer Program (usually referred to as FTP)?

actually I can view it via the web, the bad part is so can others and
they
can see all of the things that are unfinished.. ACK!

Now the most ignorant part of all on my end is the fact that I cannot
remember the email address that was provided during the time that I
launched
the site so now I can't even log in to that account. I sooo am making
myself
nuts right now.

Does anyone know if there is someone I can contact about retrieving my
information? I don't even have phone numbers or a clue where to begin
looking.

Thank you Dan for responding previously so quickly. I hope you are
having
a
wonderful weekend!

I'm guessing you are trying to upload your website files to the
server.
Contact your Internet Provider; they can be an immense help.

Hello All,

I am new to designing websites through microsoft and I am happy to
announce
with me launching my own business this year I found microsoft to be
of
great
service in meeting my small business needs.

My problem is I have no clue how to access my website now that I
have
it
in
the process of being built. I need to finish it up and well it just
isn't
possible at this point because I can't access it on the design end.

Can someone please help me as soon as possible?

Thank you so very much in advance!
