With a Publisher 2000 website you need a ftp (file transfer program).
An excellent free ftp is FileZilla which you can get at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla
I have four Publisher 2000 websites and FileZilla has been a reliable fast
transfer program for me.
I thank the folks in this news group who suggested I give it a try.
After you get your site moved up to your ISP and feel comfortable, I'll
share how to center your webpages.
ciao, for now,

I have designed my business web pages in Publisher 2000 and I don't have
any
drop downs for uploading it or saving it to a web folder to upload.
