My publisher won't publish to my website anymore

I have Pub.2007. When I first got it, I set it up and I could make my
changes and click publish and it would upload without FTP. Suddenly, it
wouldn't connect at all. I've been having to send my update files to my host
for him to upload. We've tried everything including an external FTP and it
will not load. My host can't figure it out either. As best we can figure,
we've made no changes that should cause it.

I read the thread about the PDF, but I don't think this applies. I did
purchase 2007 so it is not a Beta version or trial. I'm a medium Novice that
needs step by step, plain English usually.(Old and Slow. LOL).

Error Message: Cannot connect to FTP on this website. Change firewall
settings or FTP settings to access.

I tried to reset FTP and firewall, but couldn't make it work. Any
suggestions? I'll try anything once.
