Send Form Question

Could you please help me with this:

We have created an Intranet Website using Publisher 2003 but we are having
problems with the Send Form feature on the web page it will not send the
email to the person selected. We have installed the FrontPage Server
Extension on our IIS v6 Server.

It will publish find if we use FrontPage to publish the web site to the
server, but it appears that the Web Site opens much slower when publishing
it with FrontPage. So our dilemma is that we would like to use Publisher
2003 but the Send Form feature is a problem.

Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
William
