Are you using IE7? You might want to roll back to IE6 by uninstalling IE7
through add or remove.

When I try to publish to my web site, it says it cannot connect. Here is
what
happens:
1. Publish to Web
2. My web ftp appears and I sign in.
3. It shows my existing index.htm and index_files
When I try to save to it, Publisher cranks a long time and finally says it
cannot connect.
When I go directly to my ftp site, I have no problem getting on and
viewing
my files so I have to think it is a problem with Publisher. I did not have
this problem with the Beta version.
