Why are you converting text to an image? Besides the problems with clarity, it becomes a larger file, screen readers cannot interpret it and robots will not find it (if you care about search engines).

Please anyone who could offer some advice on this frustrating problem I’m experiencing would be most greatly appreciated..
I am running Microsoft Publisher 2002 to build a simple 15 page website. I have had no issues in the past until recently. During that time no changes has been made to the system other than Microsoft Updates, ect. I have been saving my website as “filtered html” in order to keep the file sizes from being a 22mb website. I use “filtered html” which gives me an html outpost of around 650kb. The quality looks great and I have been very pleased with the outcome. But unfortunately this has all changed for some reason. Now the ‘text’ in the gif graphics are fuzzy and not clear. For example the text boxes with shaded backgrounds “layers” that get converted to gif images during html outpost are very difficult to read. The text is seaming stretched and blurred, unlike before. ALL text that gets converted to a gif format becomes this bold blurriness. Very frustrated and have tried most everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, manually reinstalling the gif filters, ect. Is this a cause of one of the Microsoft Office Updates? What could it be, I’m running out of time and answers. Please help… Thank you in advance
Below are the links to the site which should help you compare the difference and illustrate my problem.
