I have tried troubleshooting and reviewed the answers in the discussion

I am using Publisher 2003
Trying to publish my website.
I bought the domain and web hosting. All is clear to proceed.
File, Publish to the Web, I enter the domain name and it says Connecting
to
Web Server. The next message is "cannot find..."
What am I doing wrong?
