Be advised that the Master Page functionality is intended for print
publications and not for web publications. Using it in a web can have
unpredictable results. That said, I'm not clear on what you are wanting, but
once more be advised... Publisher is designed for a small and simple static
web site. It is not intended for dynamic functionality and is quite limited
in scope. I would encourage you to read my article at

In Publisher you have the Master page and the normal pages..
I made a site containing 5 pages and published it on the ftp.
I discovered that the master part is reloaded every time I go to
antoher page. I know there are site when only a certain part is loaded.
How to perform this in Publisher (2003)?
