I presume that you are starting with the original Pub document, and then
producing the new HTML files by File > Publish to the Web, and then either
using ftp or http to publish those files to the web host? You are not trying
to modify old HTML files, right? All changes should start in the Pub file...
When you modified the Pub file the last time, did you leave any objects
overlapping the work area and the scratch area? Did you run Design Checker?
