Of course it depends on what effect you want, but if you want a simple color
change then David Bartosik has a simple one I have used on his FAQ page
about half way down:

The #ffffff is the HTML hex value, and I was able to figure out different
hex values of different colors using the pixie color picker...a great little
freebie, and a small download at:
