Reply on Publisher email is scrambled.

I am using MS Publisher to create an email. (2003)
It works fine and sends the email OK.
However, when I REPLY to my email message, it scrambles the formatting.

I get messages daily which don't do this!
How do I stop this (other than sending a JPG)?
