Publisher 2000-Web site saved as 4 sections-uploads incorrectly

I created a 27 page website in Pub 2000. At a certain
point, the program locked up refusing to let me save. I
broke the site into 4 sections (each a diff pub file).
When saving them as html, the first section was fine.
The other sections freaked out and created multiple
distorted pages (images are distorted and misplaced). I
went through and deleted the junk that didn't belong in
each section. However, when uploading the 'cleaned out'
2nd, 3rd, 4th sections, they freaked out again and look
distorted, misplaced. Help!! What can I do to get the
other sections uploaded correctly? Thank you!!
