Jack,
(have sent you seperate email with Excel attachment)

Thank you for your reply. I attach a copy of the format
of report (In excel) that I
need to mimic so that I can try and automate part of my
month end reporting
process.

The bit I have most difficulty in translating from MS
Project is in the example 'activity
19' on the attached. This has multiple deliveries (key
milestones which I have
flagged in MS Project) that I have to show in a
single 'bar'. The best I have got so
far is a yellow summary bar for the activity with the key
milestones shown as a black
diamond underneath this bar. This is no good because I
end up with 6 lines of
information for the summary bar followed by each
milestone. To achieve my goal I would need some way of
combining the summary
bar with the key milestones so that they are on the same
single line? If you have any
ideas it would be most helpful.

Can I get Years, Quarters and Months at the top? I can
only seem to get two to
display e.g. quarters and months.

Is there a way of changing the background to a task name?
e.g. I want 'Programme
Name' to be white text with Blue background? There doesn't
seem to be an option
for this.

I hope this is a bit clearer?
Regards
Jason
