Notes field truncated on Export to Access

When exporting from Project to Access (File > SaveAs >
Save As Type : MS Access Database) the Task Notes field
appears to be truncated to 255 characters maximum. Is
there any way around this? Is it a bug? Is it fixed in
later releases?
