Project Server Central

Hi

I have installed Project Server central on my IIS5
machine and evertime I try to login I get the following
error:
Server object error 'ASP 0178 : 80070005'

Server.CreateObject Access Error

/ProjectCentral/Library/LocalizedStrings.asp, line 18

The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking
permissions. Access is denied to this object.

I have checked the permissions which are are set to :
Everyone - Full Control but it doesn't seem to make a
difference.

At code level, Line 18 - is as follows:
this.oTextConv = Server.CreateObject('TextConv.TextConv');

I searched for this and found a folder called TextConve
and the permissions are set to Everyone - FC. What does
this com do and how do I solve this problem!
