I know this is the desktop client newsgoup, but that's pretty much what
Microsoft Project Server is designed for, specifically the deliverables
functionality.

Depending on your needs, you might opt for a small, limited deployment to
use in tracking project "gives" and "gets."

There would be multiple integration points across multiple projects within
the program.
