You mention the word "enterprise", what version of Project are you using?

You said: "No constraints were introduced in the project after my changes". OK, but I asked if there were any constraints. Check View/Table ()/More Tables.../Constraint Dates, and make sure they are all "As Soon As Possible".

Check the project and resource calendars to see if there is any restrictions on resources over your period of concern.

To answer your questions:
- No constrains were introduced in the project after my changes
- Is the Project Start Date correct? yes
- Have I assigned resources? yes. I took over that project and it already
had the resources added and assigned to tasks and I have been adding new
resources
- Are all resources available at the beginning of the project? yes
- Are there any resource or task calendars? We have a project enterprise
environment & that includes resources. We are running on 2007 (all projects
got migrated from 2003 to 2007 about a month ago)

Unfortunately I won't be able to email you the project; the Company policies
don't allow us to do that. However, I am keeping a closer eye on this
project and so far, it has been fine now.
