Yes I did but can't find the menu option to use the feature :-(

I think its more to do with me, then MS Project - famous last words :-)

Releases of Project prior to 2003 had an email workgroup feature.
The workgroup feature is available as a separate download for
2003,
however it is not supported by Microsoft.
