Thanks. I appreciate it.

I agree, not an ideal situation. It would be really nice to have.
the regular calendar report add the descriptions.
You're welcome for the assistance and thanks for the feedback.

JulieS:
Yes, saving it as an XML does show the names of the exceptions,
but does
require cleaning up the entire file of the extraneous data. I
guess this is
better than having to retype it all when I print>pdf then copy
pdf>paste>special to Excel then clean that up then
copy>paste>special>parse
then copy>paste>special>transpose which creates the columns for
the dates,
then typing the names of the exceptions. Why, MSFT coded the
printout of the
exceptions without the names of those exceptions is forethought
without
completing the thought. But, hey, thank you. It will come in handy
for future
printouts. Thanks. A+++++

Hello ch678,
In quick testing, it appears as though if you save the Project
2007
file as XML (File > Save As) the exceptions are listed by name in
the Exceptions portion of the XML file. You could then open the
XML
file in Notepad.
I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

I am aware there is a custom report that will print out the
non-working days
(weekends, holidays, etc) and have used it. But, other than the
weekends, it
does not print the descriptions of the other non-working days I
have
assigned. That is, when thanksgiving and Xmas are assigned as
non-working
does, the print out just shows the dates, not the descriptions
too. Is there
a way to printout the name of the non-working days?
Also, is there a way to export the printout to Excel, Work, or
ASCI?
