You can if you are using Project Server 2007 and create an enterprise custom
field which allows that. If you are using Project without Project Server then
the answer is no.
To do it, go to project web access, select server settings, enterprise
custom field definition, create a new field with a lookup table you have
already defined, under the custom attributes, select the lookup table, then
select the allow multiple values to be selected option.

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help me. Using MS Project 2007, I've created a
value list via lookup and want to know how I can allow multiple
selection of this list. For example, I have a field called 'systems' and
i want to be able to select one or more of the systems in the lookup
list. With the lookup function, it will only allow 1 selection. Is using
the lookup function correct in this case, or is there another way I can
do this?
Thanks in advance
