What are these variations in hours based upon? If they are essentially random in nature, there can be no way of programming them to some arbitrary point in the future.
Depending on how they are derived, there might be some scope for VBA.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately - it doesn't answer my question. I can change working hours. The issue is the change affects the entire calendar. I need to change specific weeks for specific resources for specific hours..
If you can advise on that - it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

You can imply an answer from my post earlier today titled: "HELP with Task Duration/Calendar." I posted to Grace
In there I explain how to make certain days (weeks) work days. You will need to change the work hours.

How do I change the numbers of hours in a work week for the specific week?
Ex - Week 1: 5x8 = 40 hrs
Week 2: 5x12 = 60 hrs
Week 3: 5x10 = 50 hrs.
Whatever the last entry is becomes the default for the entire calendar for the resource. I need specific weeks to refelct specific total hours.
Thanks
Steve
