How do I add an extra workday?

We're partway through our project and need to add Saturday as a working
day. How can I do that from this point forward? I haven't had any
success trying to add it via Tools\ChangeWorkingTime. I couldn't change
Saturday to a working day and increasing the daily hours just confused
things.
