Re: Project 2003 SP2. Operation failed saving as HTML

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

SP3 not installed and am getting it installed. I'll try again and for your
info I'll let you know if this does the trick. Thanks

Hello Rwturen01,

Have you installed SP-3 for Project 2003? With SP-3 installed, I have
no trouble saving as HTML. It's possible that a recent security
update has changed your ability to save as HTML.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Very odd indeed. Last week I was able to do it and this week I am
fainling
with the exact same error. In fact, I've tried a number of things,
(different name, different target folder, different extensions) I
can't save
in any format other than mpp.
I'm now also looking for assistance on what to try next.

When trying to save a Project as a web page using the export
wizard, it gets
down to the point where it will try to create the HTML page and
then we get a
Operation Failed. Any ideas on what to try?

Thanks.
