Hello Justin,

Okay, obviously I'm not following you completely. You have a Project
2003 file with a write-protection password. Do you know what the
password is? If you don't know the original password you cannot
remove it either using Project 2007 or Project 2003.

If you know the write reservation password then removing the **** in
the manner I noted below will remove the password, but if you can't
open the file read-write without the password, there is not a method
to remove it.
